Shipping Policy

  1. General Provisions

This Shipping Policy governs the terms of shipment of products from the family ceramic workshop OK.CERAMICS in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Rules for the Provision of Postal Services.

We deliver within Ukraine and internationally (subject to technical availability).

  1. Order Processing Times

Ready-made products: shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-order items: production time ranges from 7 to 21 calendar days depending on complexity and workshop workload.
After production, the order is handed over to the delivery service within 1–3 business days.

The buyer receives a notification with a tracking number.

  1. Shipping Methods

Delivery is carried out by postal services:

  • Nova Poshta

  • Ukrposhta

  • International postal operators (for international orders)

The specific carrier may be agreed upon with the buyer.

  1. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the тарифs of the selected carrier.

  • Shipping is paid by the buyer unless otherwise specified in the product description or promotional terms.

  • For international shipments, the buyer is additionally responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees in the destination country.

  1. Packaging and Liability

We ensure secure packaging of ceramic products considering their fragility.

The risk of accidental damage or loss of goods transfers to the buyer from the moment the order is handed over to the carrier (in accordance with Article 668 of the Civil Code of Ukraine), unless otherwise предусмотрено by contract or carrier rules.

  1. Inspection Upon Receipt

We recommend that the buyer:

  • check the integrity of the packaging at the carrier’s branch;

  • in case of damage, draw up a report with the carrier’s representative;

  • document the damage with photos.

This is necessary for prompt issue resolution.

  1. Damage During Delivery

If the item is damaged during transportation, the buyer must:

  • contact us within 48 hours after receipt;

  • provide photos of the damage and packaging;

  • provide a copy of the carrier’s report (if available).

After reviewing the claim, we will offer a solution: replacement of the product or a refund in accordance with Ukrainian law.

  1. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal operators, customs services, force majeure circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. However, we always assist with shipment tracking.
