What materials are your products made of, and are they handmade?
We are a family ceramic workshop that works with chamotte – high-quality ceramic mass extracted from the Chasiv Yar quarries. Each product is handmade according to original sketches and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Due to the manual work, slight differences in shape or shade are possible – this is a natural sign of uniqueness.
Can I order a personalized item?
Yes, we can create a personalized item based on your photo or sketch. To do this, please contact us and leave your details — we respond to all messages personally and discuss the details.
What to do if the desired product is out of stock?
If the item is out of stock, it can be pre-ordered. The production time is from 7 to 21 days, depending on the complexity of the item and the current workload of the workshop.
What to do if the product was damaged during delivery?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and send a photo of the damage. We will definitely offer a solution — a replacement product or a refund.
Can the product be returned or exchanged?
Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Is it possible to order a wholesale batch or corporate gifts?
